Policies:

We will assist you with transportation to the island.  Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our island hostess.  She will meet you either at the water taxi dock or the air strip where she will take you to your accommodations, and help you get set up for your paradise vacation.

All rentals require 9% added Florida Tax

Damage to Property

Guests are responsible for all damages.  Security deposit required.
